Where are your products made?

Every single creation at Heliopolis are designed and produced in-house by our experienced team of designers with precision craftmanship. This enables us to oversee the production processes more effectively and to ensure the best quality creations

Is online shopping available?

Yes, a selection of our products are now available for sale through our newly launched site, an online store, that caters to consumer and business trade. 

Media and Business Buyers be able to view new launch seasonal debut at the respective section. (highly restricted page).

All merhandise are sold in US dollars due to our global clients' based.

Is it safe and secure to Heliopolis e-shop?

Buying from Helioplois e-store is one of the safest places on the internet.

When you buy from us, you enter your payment details directly into the payment provider's system – Paypal, is an internationally recognised payment provider with world class security and fraud detection capabilities.

Heliopolis never sees your payment details, only whether or not your purchase has been approved.

Do I need an account to browse and buy?

You don't need an account to browse. You do need one to buy. If you don't have one, you will be prompted to create one here.

How do I create an account?

Click on Log In and choose "Create an Account" Also, you will be automatically prompted to register or if you have made a purchase and you are checking out.

Do I have to pay taxes and duties?

Yes, as taxes and duties are applied by your local customs authority. You pay for them when you check out, so you don't need to worry about any additional payments when your items are delivered.

How are my purchases shipped?

We use professional local couriers to make sure the purchased items are shipped to your doorstep.

These companies are logistics experts and ensure the quickest delivery of your purchases.

How long does it take to get to me?

This differs slightly by country. Our warehouse is based in Singapore which is a regional hub. Typically, you will receive your purchase within 5-14 business days. We process orders within the next business day to ensure they are dispatched quickly.Very rarely, there could be a delay when Customs process your items. We attempt to minimize this by using an international carrier and pre-preparing all the necessary paperwork.

Can I track my order?

Yes. For for all shipments outside Singapore. Once your purchase has been processed and is about to leave our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Use this to check on the status of your purchase at any time. You will find the tracking number in your account, along with your order details.

When is my order considered delivered?

All shipments need to be signed for at delivery. The item is considered delivered once a signature is obtained from the shipping address.

Is my shipment insured?

We do not provide insurance at this time. However, if an item is lost in transit before a delivery signature is obtained, Heliopolis may, at its sole discretion, provide compensation base on genuine reasons. If you would like us to consider such a case, please contact us here.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No. For security reasons we only ship to physical addresses.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Unfortunately, exchanges are not allowed. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) due to a manufacturing defect, you may contact us at info@heliopolisaccessories.comfor servicing.

What should I do if my purchase needs to be repaired?

Please contact us at Our friendly consultant will inform you of the repair costs. Do take note of the following points when you send your purchases for servicing:

  1. All alterations or repairs are subject to charges which may vary according to the complexity of the service(s) required.
  2. Only cash payments are accepted.
  3. The duration for repairs ranges from approximately 3 weeks – 3 months.
  4. All repairs are subject to the condition of the item and the availability of spare parts and accessories.
  5. In the event that the item cannot be repaired, all charges for servicing will be refunded in full.
  6. The receipt issued for repairs is only valid for six (6) months from the date of service.
  7. Goods not collected within six (6) months from the date of service will be donated to charity.
  8. The management reserves the right to amend the terms of this service without any prior notice.
Can you tell me when new products or special promotions are announced?
